Inside of condo was clean and nice. But location/views and amenities were not completely accurate. Positive: We liked how clean the condo was. The inside of the condo was accurate to all the pictures. This is a good place to stay if you don't plan on being at the condo very much. Negative: This is listed as a house, it is not, it is a first floor condo. The pictures for the booking seemed misleading to us. There are pictures of these fantastic views, and that just didn't seem accurate. There are trees that keep you from seeing anything but the top of the mountain. The pictures that show the lake are not taken from the condo, they are from up on the hill. There is a picture of the hot tub that looks like it could be a private hot tub. This is WHY we choose this location. We were looking for a private, intimate stay for our anniversary. There is a hot tub located down the road at the public pool. Upon getting there the pool and hot tub were already closed for the season. The hot tub area actually had a sign that said "maintenance personnel only". Also, if you do not like the sound of people above you, do not book here. The people above us were not loud at all, but we could hear them walking around anytime they were there. The last night of our stay we got back to our condo and found out the keypad batteries died. The host did not answer calls, but replied via text. Overall it took over 20 minutes before we made it inside. Technology messing up wasn't her fault, but response to getting us inside could have been much faster. *We did have to book kind-of last minute due to weather cancelling our prior plans*

Positive: The location was perfect and the condo was very clean. Negative: The upstairs neighbors were very loud, walking and yelling until after 2am both nights of our stay.
