Luxury Condo With Boat Slip

Don't waste your money! Positive: There was not much to like since we were disappointed from the moment we walked through the door! Negative: Where to start?!?! We picked this condo due to the fact that it had 4 bedrooms, a sleeper sofa and 2 rollaway beds. Guess what?!?! It only had 3 bedrooms, a sofa bed and 2 broke rollaway beds! As you can see in the pictures the description of the condo was inaccurate, which the "host" said was the fault of Booking.com. The master bedroom doors (entry door and door to the balcony) did not lock and the balcony door didn't even latch. There was no privacy in the bedroom! There were not enough linens/pillows for the sofa bed so we took from other beds just to make it work. The TV's..... There was an entire page on how to "work" them but even then there were only streaming services and we were only able to watch that because someone with the name "big head" didn't log out of their Netflix. It was extremely cold in the condo. Once again there was instructions on how to "not mess with the settings" on the thermostat but to only set it at the desired temperature. We sat it to 75, turned on the electric heater/fireplace, and bought extra blankets just to stay warm. There was no way it ever got close to 75! Lastly, the cleaning fee is ridiculous!!! Why do we pay a cleaning fee when we, the guest, take out all the trash, load and start the dishwasher AND start a load of towels before you leave at 10am?!?! When we arrived Friday around 430pm there were dirty panties behind the headboard on one room, trash in the bathroom trash can and candy wrappers behind the nightstand in the master bedroom. Needless to say we will not stay here again nor will we use this particular host. He seemed to not care about anything we brought to his attention and never offered to refund any portion of our payment. I have attached a screenshot of our first conversation. I could only attach 4 photos but I have another screenshot of him sending out a handyman to fix the rollaway beds but then letting us know they could not be repaired.
