Hummingbird Hideaway

Nice place. Comfy beds. Great for a crowd! Positive: Great location and lots of space. Beautiful home! Nice having three floors and two sets of washer and dryers. Kitchen is amazing! Negative: There was not a lot of attention to details. Not all bathrooms had towels and washcloths, they were in the laundry room. Not all bathrooms had toilet paper. No soap to wash dishes in the sink. There was a molded sandwich in one of the closets. The refrigerator had something spilled in it. The downstairs Bedroom had a huge gap in the door and you could see outside.

Our ladies group had an amazing long weekend at the hideaway. And every need we had was met at the home.

It was a beautiful place to stay with plenty of beds and rooms, where you could be entertained without having to leave. Positive: It was spacious enough I could get away from the group. But close enough I could keep an eye on the youth group. There was plenty of stuff to do at night that the group could keep themselves entertained which made my life easier and made it to where I could save money on attractions or smaller stuff to do to keep 11 youth group teenage kids entertained. It was also convenient to most of the attractions or at least all the attractions that we were going to. Negative: This is not necessarily the owners fault because the people before us may not have let them know but the propane was out and also the outlet that the air hockey table was plugged into when we arrived was not working but we just slightly moved it and it was all fine.

I would stay here again. Positive: Spacious house. Room to spread out and use the porches to relax outside. Most areas were clean and comfortable. Quiet area that was really close to Branson. Great view. Negative: There were a couple of minor items. The house needs to be gone through for maintenance. The microwave did not work. Areas of some porches seemed unsafe. The grill area of the porch needed to be washed before we could use the tables, chairs and grill. Shower heads need to be maintained.

A fantastic stay. I would definitely come here again Positive: Large. Beautiful views. Easy to get to. Great location. Negative: Trees could be trimmed to improve view.
