Amazing Lakefront Getaway

This is a 3 level townhouse with master suite on lower level, living space at walk-in level from front door/balcony level to lake view, 2 bedrooms upstairs PROSVery quiet, the neighboring townhouses were vacant during our stay Not too far from the west gatePlenty of space Wifi is good and if you are into Smart TVs, there's a working one on each floorNice washing machine and dryerCONSAccess to the hot tub and lake is through the room with king and twin bed. Stairs are very steep between the three levels. Needs a little TLC (deep clean of walls, balcony slider is hard to open and the glass is cloudy, screen door wasn't on the track, and showers had mold/mildew on caulking) but it is priced appropriately (we paid 1694 for 7 nights all in). FOR PLANNING PURPOSES No coffee pot, just the blue keurig in the photosNo kitchen storage containers (for leftovers)No chairs to bring down to the lakeNot friendly for unpacking luggage (pics show that though) The king mattress is on the very very soft side The layout is best for a single family. We visited with 4 adults total and the space felt awkwardNo discounted golf, that's only an option when you book through realtors apparently

Fantastic location right on the water. Loved using the complimentary kayak. Kids loved the room downstairs and the hot tub. Close enough to go to the national park daily. The scenery in the area is breathtaking. Hot Springs Village has two amazing beaches to swim. Many other amenities too like pickleball and golf. The larger room upstairs gets very warm during the day so would recommend a fan. The sliding door upstairs is tough to open as well. Umbrella on the patio wouldn’t work and that would’ve been a lifesaver in the afternoon while enjoying the view! Would stay again.

Great place right on the water of lake desoto with a hot tub to relax in after a day of exploring the area. Will definitely be back

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. The location on the lake was beautiful, peaceful, and very convenient to everything in the area. The home itself was clean, nicely appointed, and thoughtfully set up for guests. We also enjoyed the spa on the lower deck — a great touch for relaxing in the evenings.The main downside was the sliding glass door and screen. The screen door was broken/unusable and the slider was extremely difficult to open and close. In addition, the glass appeared cloudy/fogged, which somewhat obscured what would otherwise be a fantastic lake view.Overall, we still had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend the property, especially if those maintenance issues are addressed.
