Condo on the Green

Property was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway in Hot Springs Village. It was conveniently located and just as described. Host was responsive to all inquiries both before and during our visit.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall, we had a very good stay. The condo was beautiful and once acclimated to the area, it was fairly easy to get around and navigate. However, the check-in process was unclear, and the host, being out of pocket, was a little detached as far as his attention to his guests. He did have a wonderful assistant, Rhonda, who was very personable and informative. The only other thing I didn’t like was that we had to pay a five dollar a person fee to go swim at the pool. I think a little bit more transparency would’ve been nice. I did see that there was a communal pool available, but I didn’t necessarily equate that with an added fee.

This place was amazing. Comfortable, extra clean and the view off the back balcony was stunning. Fun to watch the golfers go by - it’s a water hole making it even more entertaining. We would stay again for sure. Thanks Kam
